There is software that will do color correction on video files, though I don't know any that simple and easy to use (and/or cheap). Look for version 3.5.1 which includes additional software Apple removed from version 4; so if you can find a copy of Final Cut Express HD you'll literally get more for your money. The learning curve can be steep but the manual is well written. And yes you can color correct 5DII video files with Final Cut Express HD.
