5D stopped working

<p>Hi Friends<br>

I have not used my Canon 5D for about 2 months, but i wanted to use it the other day & went to turn it on to find it no longer works! nothing! nada!<br>

I have recharged the batteries, & changed the time/date battery also, but still nothing!<br>

Can someone please advise me on this one?<br>

Or even tell me where in the uk this can be fixed?<br>

<p>Does your camera have a reset button somewhere? The sort you poke with a paperclip to hard-reset the electronics?</p>

dont have reset, at least not that i know of.<br>

<p>Try removing the lithium backup battery (CR2016) and reinstall it or just replace it. You can find the instructions on page 41 of the manual. That should reset the camera.</p>
