Large format cityscapes of London on exhibit in NYC

<p>Michael Collins' cityscapes of London are on exhibit in New York at the Janet Borden gallery. The show ends on the 17th. (Sorry, should have posted sooner.) If you want a sense of what can be accomplished by a gifted photographer using 8 X 10 cameras and modern (digital) printing techniques, these are defintely worth a look.<br>

Many of Michael's pictures are taken from high vantage points looking over the city, and invite long perusal as you discover all that there is to see in them. He uses a 8 X 10 Deardorff and shoots color negative film, which is drum scanned and output using a lightjet type printer. I have known Michael for a number of years, and it's been quite exciting seeing his work develop and reach a wide audience.</p>
