Desaturated in PS and worked to make the lighting harsher. Thanks for your comments!
guy_mansford
intrigueing photo - largely because it took me ages to realise that its steps going away with a handrail (I assume!). I have to say that after I'd sorted out the "optical illusion" side of it, it doesn't say much to me about people. What were you intending with the shot? Apart from bringing scale to the architectural shot, the children don't really add anything for me.Sorry to sound negative - what does everybody else think? mart_van_genugten
It is very intriguing indeed but i don't like the big black bar on the right and the lack of perspective. I do think the two human shadows are very good to the picture but they do not help the perspective.
ronald_duren
I like the combination of the soft shadows and the high contrast stairs but I would crop the right side vertical bar. Nice job.

struan_gray
I like it a lot. The strong graphic elements, the contrast between soft ane hard deliniation, the fact that one of the shadows looks like the shadow of the other - a shadow of a shadow. I don´t feel the need to work out who was standing where and which way the sun was shining - it´s enough to just enjoy the shapes.

cmm_wong
Framing is right but the subjects...My Daughter and I... are out of focus.
