steve_crist
I just switched from Elements Ver. 6 to Photoshop CS4. How do I create a slideshow that I can save and email? Elements made this very easy but I don't see this with CS4. I see that I can make a temporary slideshow in Bridge but it can't be saved or forwarded (thus not meeting my needs). Thanks. jtipton
Hi Steve,
I just faced the same frustration and this is what I concluded. CS4 is a great processing tool. Elements is a good processesor, combined with a good organizor and sharing tool Even within LR2 your not able to create a savable/shareable slide show. You can however export the pictures to a PDF (in LR2) which allows you to send multiple pictures for sharing as a PDF. The other option is to create your own in Powerpoint(or equivalent), but I found this method really time consuming and the result mediocre. I have read on other forum posts here in PN that there are some good 3rd party options available for a reasonable $$. Hope that helps.
rogleale
Steve,

You can create a slide show in Bridge, the Output module, and send it as a PDF, or save it.
Roger
steve_crist
Thanks Roger - I'll try that. It looks as if Photoshop does everything Elements did, only sometimes it's either hidden or not as automated. I'm still going through a learning curve with the program.

christian_harkness
I am having somewhat the same difficulty. Found out that one can create a fine slideshow in Bridge, however when I upload it to my server it does not work. I suspect that it has some capital letters in it, and I can't figure out a way to make it all lower case.

Does anybody have any solution or idea?

Thanks,

christian
