michelle_musarella
Hello. I'm trying to figure this site out. I have a question. I have been using Millers Pro Imaging www.millerslab.com for all my photo printing. I can't say enough how great they have are; quick, well priced and GREAT quality and selection.
I would like to use their press printing to make some “We’ve moved” post cards for a client. I would like to be able to make up my own templates, but I don’t know where to get the graphics to make them. I have a limited selection in Photoshop and I would like to download more. Do you know where I can get any such thing? Thank you so much for the help.
~Michelle
www.michellemuscarellaphotography.com

dkm
Start somewhere obvious like Adobe Photoshop Exchange. http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=productHome&exc=16&loc=en_us There are all sorts of bits and pieces that would be appropriate, and they're all free to use.
Ed_Ingold
Editing for printing at a service bureau is best done on a compositing program like Adobe InDesign or Quark Express. You can specify the exact size along with text and other formatting which translates directly to print. I find that most printers have PC's and InDesign, so file conversions are not necessary. The text and layout capability of Photoshop is primitive by comparison.

You might get by with a less powerful publishing program, especially if you can convert the results to a PDF file suitable for printing.
