What can I do to this photo?

<p>What kind of software do you use? If it's Lightroom 2.3, you can use the graduated filter to darken the left side. Vignette will do similar. Also, recovery may pull back some detail in the house.</p>

<p>A vertical crop like David's is good, but can you get a workable 4x6 out of it?</p>

<p>although fixing a problem after the fact sometimes works, this image should have been exposed better with balanced fill light. The black point is cutoff causing loss of detail.<br>

Just a observation for next time.</p>

<p>One possibility now is to mask off the bride and her veil, feather and attempt a curves adjustment. Also, maybe some 81A and/or 81B PP filtering.</p>

<p>Here's my rather quick edit.<br /> To be honest though, it's kind of a Cliché shot; Which I don't mind. I love Cliché<br /> But it has to be taken correctly instead of trying to fix it later.
