Have you got the Lookbook?

Is it worth the money? For portraits and B&G's?<br>

<p>I know a local photo shop (picture maker) who sells albums too and he gave free album samples to show people what he sells, no investment from side, few Euros for the prints (discounted rate) and that is it. </p>

<p>I have both the wedding and portrait Lookbook. I don't use them a whole lot, but they're helpful to show people that just don't understand spoken direction. ;-)</p>

<p>haven't tried the lookbook but have tried doug gordon's book. some of the photos was good i think but some i don't think i will ever try...</p>

<p>I just bought them when I saw this thread, I think they look inspirational:) I have my first wedding since getting them this Friday, so we'll see if they end up helping or not (I plan on looking through them before the event , not during).</p>

<p>@Nicole - thanks for the link. It does look useful. The price seems really steep for what you get though. And there's so much talent at this site I usually look here for inspiration. </p>

<p>The lookbook gave me an idea though, do you think the photographers here would mind fellow photographers printing their work to show clients the look they're going for?</p>
