Buying A2 papers in the USA

<p>I am looking for shops in the USA with an online presence that sell A2 size paper and will deliver to Japan. I would like Ilford Galerie Gold Fibre, Harman Gloss FB AL, and some of the Hahnemeule and Epson lineup. My main search is A2 at the moment, however I am looking for A3 and A4 as well.<br>

I can get all those papers here through Japanese sellers but the prices are just crazy, at least compared to the 17"x22" I can order from BHphotovideo. The benefit of BH is that shipping costs go up at a reasonable scale with bulk orders so the price differences are really big overall. They just don't have A2.<br>

Actually, since it is better prices I am searching for, sourcing A2 paper from anywhere in the world with competitive pricing and shipping would be great.</p>

<p>I've ordered goods loads of times from BH and through various eBay sellers. Duties and taxes weren't an issue. Minimal if charged at all. It is one good thing about ordering to Japan from abroad .... at least so far.</p>

<p>You are looking for paper size in the international "A" Metric system which is used everywhere but US and Canada. BH will not stock such a size nor will the US importer distributor.</p>

<p>Because they better fit the 35mm (3:2) frame, I used to buy A2 inkjet papers from Atlas(?) but they are gone now.  Then I tried Amazon.UK but they wouldn't ship to the US.  After buying a 4:3 digital camera, 8.5x11" paper worked better so I lost track.  Have you tried Amazon?  They list a bunch of A2 papers, which seem to be shippable.</p>

<p>I had a look at Amazon but didn't see any A2 size paper on the UK site, German site, nor the USA site. Would you still have the link to the Amazon page you saw? A look at eBay was the same. I saw A3 and A4 on the European sites but no A2.</p>

I didn't see any papers I am interested in, however I appreciate the effort. I mailed Hahnemuhle and, as expected, they responded that they don't distribute A2 to the USA. As with many products, there are often ways people can get their hands on them. That is what I was hoping I would end up finding;) Thanks again.</p>

<p>This a bit late in responding but take a look here <a href="http://www.atlex.com/">http://www.atlex.com</a> as well. These guys have always had the best prices on inks and papers I use.<br>

Atlex is what I meant by Atlas, but they don't have Hanemuhle A2 either.
