Arizona question... re: the Wave

I tried to find a website for BLM to get permit info to visit "The Wave" but the website does not come up. Does anyone have the correct contact info or a phone number?
I don't know how they figure anyone can easily plan a vacation if they can only get a permit (maybe) a few months in advance. The best airline tickets (espcially if you are using frequent flyer tickets) need to be booked a year in advance. It would be sad to be tied in to a non-changeable ticket then not be able to film the one thing we wanted to go to see.

The wave is on the Utah side, not AZ. It is close to impossible to get a permit for the wave - only 20 people are allowed per day - 10 permits raffled off the internet and 10 permits when you walk into teh BLM office - the Paria BLM office, that is. If you really want to see the wave, you have to go during the off season and even then, you will have to rely on your luck to get a walk-in permit. You really have to be dedicated to see it - otherwise you will get very frustrated very soon.

Good Luck
