Eye-One Display LT makes my monitor pink...

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've just purchased this tool to calibrate my monitor but every time I run the application at the end I get a

very pink monitor.

I've read all the FAQ on the website and I can't get it to work the proper way...

I've got a Mac Power PC G5 with a Mac Cinema Monitor.

What can I do?!

At the storewhere I bought it they have no clue...

Is it normal that the application (Eye-One Match) won't let me choose which type of setup (basic or advance) I

would like to perform!?

Thanks a lot,

I'm getting crazy...

Actually my monitor won't let me select anything ( I mean RGB an contrast: basically what the software ask you to set up for itself). I tried to use different white point: 5500, 6000 K° but things don't change!

Actually I realy need an accurate balancing of my monitor's colors because I need to make lots of prints!

Any other things that could went wrong?!

Thanks a lot for your advice!

I think I read something about the green issue on the FAQ page on their website but I don't actually remember very well...you should check it out!

Bye
