adobe customer service

Hi, Is it just me or are they just awful it has taken something like 6 emails, 10 faxes and probably 20 hours on

the phone to spend 200 dollars to do a cross platform upgrade of cs. im not sure its worked but i am sure im not

giving them another dime if it hasnt.. wondering if anyone else has had such a frustrating and AWFUL experience.

I would think the point of customer service it to enourage not discourage sales.
