ivan_haris_prikurnia
I need a 400 feet magazine (be it Mitchell's or Cinema Product's) and adapter for my Canon Scoopic MS 16 mm. I'd looked at eBay and seems they all just sold out. I wonder if anybody could point me to where have I to look at (and hopes they were not to far from my home; I live in Indonesia). Shooting in 100 ft spools was OK for me, until I realized that sometimes I missed moments and "feels" while loading and unloading. Please help me. Thanks. PS: Oh, yeas. I'd also posted this in "accesoeries" forum. But, I didn't get any response so far. I hope this forum is better.
JDMvW
Good luck. My only suggestion is that keep watching eBay, if there were some there, almost certainly there will be some there later on. For something as esoteric as this (or so it seems to a Praktica collector), you may just have to be patient and diligent. You could also post a "wanted" item on the "classifieds" section under the equipment tab at the top of the page.
rustys pics
It's not in Indonesia, but contacting Chambless cine equipment in Georgia might be of help: http://www.chamblesscineequip.com/ Good luck. 16mm Motion Picture film still has an amazing quality not readily equalled. richard_moore5
You might try Lee's Cameras in London who do a lot of classic 16mm equipment... again not local to you: http://www.leescameras.co.uk/
ivan_haris_prikurnia
Guys, thank you for all the hints. I will try to look at chambless and lee's. Long live our film kingdom and ... may The Force be with us! All the best to you all.
