Studio light. Which one should I choose

I would like to get a studio light for full body shot. I wanted to know if I should go for the 180w or the 200w

If you are looking for a beginner light, the Alien bees have been highly recommended by many folks. My budget

didn't allow for them, so I bought one of the interfit kits (two 150W/s strobes, a softbox and an umbrella +

stands). So far

they've done me well.
