Image Sharpening Action Droplet Question

I created a sharpening action droplet using Scott Kelby's method found in his

Lightroom Book for digital photographers located on on page 218-222. My

problem is when I drop images into the droplet they will not automatically save

and close action automatically I have to manually save and close even though

these processes where recorded.

did you insert a clos / save/ save as in your action? if so that could be the problem, or when you record your action a folder was present on your hard drive and not anymore...

 

easiest way will be to remove any close / save / save as from your action, and use IMAGE PROCESSOR instead; you will have the choice of the file format, what kind of action and where you want the result file to be. easier and saffer than a droplet.
