mcmanamey
Ok, so not hitting the return key too soon would help. HERE it is<div></div>
mcmanamey
Went to the zoo today w/ the girls. Apparently, today was nookie day at the zoo. I missed the bears, but came across a couple snakes. Who knew that cranes were voyeurs?????<div></div>
hagar
Shame on you Maria to even suggest that the cranes would stoop to craning their necks to watch a private nookie party... the snakes were just demonstrating an old rope trick.. Nice catch .. by the way :-)
mcmanamey
Well, Haig - I gotta toss in, I'm sure I'm right. The crane is obviously living vicariously through the snakes, since this is his woman, across the enclosure, not giving him any attention.<div></div>
hagar
Looks like she's at home, waiting, in a scantily clad negligee..

mc2imaging
Hey! Now Maria has three rolls of film and I'm still down to TWO? This is wrong...
abe_hollander
[boy, this could get me in trouble] Matt, it's not the rolls of film, but uh... how you well you can focus. Extension tubes anyone??? There's gotta be a joke about the 18-250 lens right about here...
hagar
Matt, you get an extra roll if you can post nookie photos..
mc2imaging
Hey, at least I've got as many rolls as Abe and Haig put together. For the record, Maria shot the LBA plate with her little Optio, but for the nookie shots she had to choice but to mount my big 28-300 to get the job done right. frygge
Abe Not the size that counts? Or at least the dark VF whenever you wanna get intimate? No idea, I'm a prime kinda guy. Just filling in the blanks. Cheers Fredrik
abe_hollander
this thread's going south quick, so I'll add my photo contribution to try to bring it back to birds and sex.
abe_hollander
Let's try that again.<div></div>
hagar
Matt, when you are talking about nookie shots, you have to be more careful with your language : << she had no choice but to mount my big 28-300 >>. I mean really!! Abe: thank you for trying to rescue the thread.. lol
mcmanamey
You'd think Matt wouldn't want to admit he wasn't there, but well...... a girls gotta grab the length a girls gotta grab....
rose_duclos
I think I prefer Fredrik's view on Primes - Maria, <b>grab </b> the largest one you can, and then depending on the size - either back up or move forward til it fits the scene just right. :)
rose_duclos
darn, I still haven't mastered html code... I thought for sure that would have bolded the word...
mcmanamey
Rose - 1) I bet you forgot to tell the forum that was html and 2) since 100 is the longest prime we have, I'll let <b>YOU</b> get down in that enclosure w/ the rattlers and the wolves next door. There are some animals (snakes) I'm more than happy to have 15 feet down & 30 feet out.

mcmanamey
This was the only cooperative wolf this week. And I was the only person that noticed her. HA!! Ok, so it's hardly my triumph that she stopped pacing and looked right at me... but still<div></div>
mcmanamey
PS - Markus I really really like your wolves a lot better. GORGEOUS
rose_duclos
What? I thought that Matt would have bought that 300mm prime ... since he's dropped out of our competition - seems the least he could do would be to get you some nice long glass to play with. Markus, those wolves are AWESOME. Maria, your puppy looks lonely. He could use a hug. :)
rose_duclos
Why do those European wolves look like they're eyeing a possible meal, while our American wolves look playful, friendly... like a slightly wild version of a husky...
