teelions
As the subject line says, my Tokina 10-24 no longer does autofocus on my 20D. My my other lenses are working fine. Tokina will accept it for repairs it's lessthan a year old and not grey market. But, I was wondering if there isn'tsomething that I could do to it to get it working again. It's my favorite lensand I hate to part with it for a long time. Any ideas?
chrisjb
And you have done the obvious, cleaned the contacts ? My Tamron 17 50 went huntin last week a quick clean did nothing, so a better clean under a magnifier founs stubborn crud on a contact. Also the 20D was set to auto AF when needed set to AF assist always with flash then ok. it was the only lens playin up good luck :)
tom_swanson
Just to get the obvious question out of the way. you don't have it set to manual focus, do you? The tokina has that odd MF clutch system and all.
