645D has the same menu like K20D with pixel-mapping and AF adjustment.

The battery is the same as the K10/20D.

RAW -> JPEG conversion in camera

he is right, i have just talked to a retired pentax responsible. they are on the right track. i have an eye onto k20d despite the fact that i can only mount my zeiss to canon eos. will get adapters within days. non-electronic-ones.
