larrydressler
I thought I would try this little plastic and glass beauty I had sitting on the shelf new in the box. I was Real suprised by it. Pictures were almost too good for a camera like this with it's zone focus lens top speed 125th a second and a Triplet lens. F4-F16 it picks the Shutter speed. Here is the set the first ones of my Guitar Hero are with Gekko 100 in Diafine rated 160 the Aircraft pictures are Forte 100 rated 250 in Diafine on a totaly crappy day rain mist fog and you name it. temp was around 49F with wind. patrick j dempsey
I really enjoy the shots of the nose-cannon... and the bored guy with the fake guitar... is that guitar hero? waite_watson
It looks an awful lot like the 'Lomo smena 35' I got from Freestyle a few years back.A camera built like a disposable with a damn good lens.I can't understand why they'd do that?! The lens deserves a better camera than it's on!
larrydressler
Yep I think I will run some Slids through it this week just to see the color correction I have only run B&W through it and with print film the darn auto settings at the drug store make them look all the same. I already put black tape on a few spots that are cracking but the lens seems pretty darn sharp and I got the meter adjusted and it is dead on to my hand held. artist_ofmimicry
Here are the pictures I have taken with my Vilia - its one of my standard, favorite cameras I own. It is much like, but not exactly like, the Smena 8M, which also takes gorgeous pictures:
Belomo Vilia Auto Triplet
Lomo Smena 8M
