robert_oakley
I have about 240 photo's from my recent vacation and wanted to make a DVD slide show of the works. I tried Nero software and it can make one but has a limit of 99 photo's. I looked on the web and saw some nice ones but saw they also had a max of 99 photo's. Are there any real good DVD slide show programs out there that allow for as many photo's that will fit on the DVD? Thanks in advance Robert
pcnilssen
I would suggest Adobe Premiere Elements. Actually a video editing software, but easy to use, and easy to make transitions and menus.

buckry
Nero has a mode that will let you burn more than 99 images as long as you don't try to use transition effects. I use the effects so I'm not 100% sure what mode it is, and knowing Nero's software it's probably buried deep and very hard to find. I accidentally ended up in this mode and it let me put 600 images into a slide show. Then when I tried to add my first effect it gave me the message about only allowing 99 per section. You do realize it's only a limit on images per section right? The sections play back to back when you play your show so it's really not that big of a deal. You can have as many images in a slide show as will fit on the disk.
