elisha_c.
I'd like to get some constructive critiques on these images. jonj
I like them...the first and second photos are just bit dark for my taste, but it looks like that's what your going for.
buffdr_raz1
I like them too except for the first one...needed a little more fill flash. The compo/setup is awesome but just a stronger flash would have made it pop. Have you tried to add fill flash digitally? Great pictures. v/r Buffdr
fstop11664880086
Ditto to Jonathan's comments. The first 2 are a style that I don't prefer. But hey, that's me. The customer is the one that must be happy. Happy shooting.

rannbphoto
I actually disagree about the first shot. I think it's moody and quite elegant. The only critique I can give is that I'd like to see a bit more fill flash in the eyes on the third shot. She's got the raccoon thing going on. Most brides will not even notice that, so no worries. These are really nice. Good work!
elisha_c.
Okay, I tried lightening the first two images (on a non-calibrated screen - so they may look a little off) to see if I could remove some of the depressing mood of the picture. I had a hard time with the first one because I didn't want to blow out the sky. What do you think? <br> <br> <a href="http://eapstudios.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://eapstudios.smugmug.com/photos/213228958-M.jpg" border="0" alt=" "></a><br> <br> <a href="http://eapstudios.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://eapstudios.smugmug.com/photos/213229196-M.jpg" border="0" alt=" "></a>
christopher_rajkumar
Love 1 & 4.
grant g
I also love 1 & 4 as is. I'd try cropping #2 differently. Or try working with other shots from that angle if you have any. I don't care for the tilt in #3. There should always be a reason for the tilt and I don't see it here.
danielserrano
liked number 4 the best, and probably number 1 if cropped more tightly...
savagesax
Don't like the hand on the brick, other than that very nice!
William Michael
Personal bias: I like image 2 the most. Critique: All images are very good IMO: except #3. I am not usually in favour of severe vignette, but it is dramatic and that is fine. (#1) I think image #3 is much poorer than all the others. Each image is diverse in style and composition, but, there is no primary reason for the divergence from traditional composition in #3. The skewing of the frame has no impact other than to set it off balance and the hand on the brickwork renders the subject clumsy and ill at ease. The vast negative space of the brickwork is intrusive and serves no purpose. The low Camera Viewpoint and renders the railing too powerful and the viewer`s eye wanders from the railing to the negative space brickwork never correctly addressing the face; the line of the bust; and the hips are just `ruined`: again for no purpose. I would be interested to know why these PARTICULAR four images were chosen for comment? IMO, image #3 stands out as the very poor relation in an otherwise series of images which are diverse, but each with style and skill. WW
