Canon Ixus 800 IS warranty query

Hi I bought a new Canon Ixus 800 IS from Pixmania.com about 2 weeks ago and it

has started clicking when I zoom in on something and when it starts up in record

mode. It works perfectly apart from the noise but was wondering if this could be

a sign of an impending failure. It is only 2 weeks old but I didn't get the Zen

engagement thing from Pixmania.com i.e. free product replacement etc. Is it

still covered by a Canon warranty? Is it possible to get it fixed/looked at for

free in Ireland if I bring it to a Canon dealer? I don't want to have to pay to

get it fixed if I can get away with it;-) Thanks - ed
