scan back scsi to USB on Powerbook G4

We have a Phaseone scanback that we haven't used in a year or two that we are trying to figure out how to

connect it to a Powerbook G4. We are trying to figure out how to connect the scsi scanback to the laptop

via USB. The scsi connection is 50pin SCSI 1 male. And the male connection is what is causing problems in

connections. If it were a femail connection, this would be easy. The physical part of the connection and

finding a way to connect it to the mac. Any suggestions?

may be the right thing to use?

i believe the transfer time will be much slower though.

hope this helps.
