robert_rietz Posted July 9, 2007 Share Posted July 9, 2007 My Canon 9900 refuses to power up. I've checked the power cables, outlet, etc., and everything seems fine. There was a recent thunderstorm that caused the house to lose power while I was at work, but all the other computer equipment works normally. All equipment is plugged into a power strip circuit breaker. Is this a simple fix, and if so where, or am I better off getting a new printer? My Canon 9900 is about 3 or 4 years old.
