zonesys
As I'm considering to go up from 8x10 to 7x17, I'm looking for advice on thebest way to develop 7x17 negatives. 'classic tray' development, specific sizedroll tank ? :-)Thank youzonesys

big toys are better
Homemade tubes will also work but work best with well diluted developers requiring either little agitation or perhaps on a continuous roller machine. A 4" diameter tube by 18" long ought to work for your film, but all the work loading and filling has to be done in complete darkness unless you convert another tank and its lid such as from a Patterson System 4 to work with your long tubes....
