joe_williams3
Is there a good source available listing the steps used for actions in Elementsand CS3? I have noticed some difference in what I hoped would be equivalenteffects (in Elements) vs. actions (in CS3), so I would like to understand thespecific steps used by each program. Such a list would also be helpful if Iwant to try to customize an existing action.
glenbarrington
You can't create actions in PS Elements, and to my knowledge you can't even run them in PSE5. I'm not sure what you are looking at, but I don't think they are actions.
joe_williams3
Glen, To clarify my question, Elements has uneditable functions called "effects" that have analogous Photoshop stock "actions." The Elements effects operate in a similar manner to actions (i.e., playback of a designated sequence of steps).
glenbarrington
Oh! Sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not the guy to answer your question!
