travis1
Spent 8 days in Taiwan with my family. Made an audio slideshow based on Rich Silfver's recommendation(he made one way back then). Try the small version if the large one takes too long to load. I prefer the large one though. Comments welcomed ;) Here

james mitchell dc
Travis, this is very intriguing. I like it very much--especially your fourth shot (reflection of the umbrella carrier) and the shot of the couple kissing. Great stuff!
canfred
Not just a travel report , a work of art is more to the point. The sound got to me too. Thanks travis! Manfred

john_shriver
As for Andy's problem, looking at the page source, it's probably objecting because there are URLs on the page referring to other pages (to load stuff from Macromedia), that can be characteristic of Phishing pages. But it's being very over-eager.

Uhooru
Travis, I think its brilliant, the photos sequence is like walking through a world that has nothing to do with Taiwan, that's just its location. Then again, it has to do with Taiwan! A fabulous sequence, luved the audio real tour de force of your style, which becomes so much more coherent and powerful when you get to see so many images together instead of the couple doled out here and there. Music was pretty interesting, like the voices, not exactly programmatic from a certain standpoint but suitable to the tonescape of the universe of images in the set. Great, I wanna do one now:_
rowena
Fantastic work - love the grain and feel of the place you bring to us
mdunker
Travis, Usually, we see your single photographs, or perhaps a few within an ongoing thread. When viewed in that context, they stand out with their high contrast, grain, etc. The sequence of photos in the slideshow (with corresponding audio) really gave life to the images. I enjoyed it very much and have viewed it several times. Excellent work!
