andrewg_ny Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 My initial thought was a possible employee as well, given the connection to similar threads--but Jacob has posted on other subjects as well, so either 'not an employee' or 'a reasonably well-disguised employee that appears to take an interest in photography beyond selling hardware'. Jacob: posts like this always make people suspicious since these forums are more about learning and helping out with use, selection, and maintenance/repair of equipment than tracking down the best deals. The item you're describing is commonly available so if one is in the market, it's relatively easy to find several merchants who sell it and compare prices.
