fp1
I can hardly believe I found a 5x7 camera I can shoot from the hip (quite literally, I might add!).
john_shriver
I'm getting a 4x5 Pony Premo No. 4 into working order. It can either be used as a view camera (once I get a ground glass), or as a scale focus point and shoot. Has the little reflex finder on the bed, so one also shoots from the hip. The lens is a Rapid Rectilinear, a little faster than f/11. It is amazingly light. These also came in 5x7 size, if you find yourself wanting a lighter 5x7 camera! Much less common in that size. david_m
Composition leaves a lot to be desired. You have the candleholder teetering on the edge of the book and ther candle flame conflicts with the light area in the background. Take a bit more time over studying the composition and you might get some better shots.
