dermot_conlan4
Recently upgraded to a Mac Pro and continue to use my Epson 2200. In the past when I sent a file to the printer the queue would appear and I could follow what's printing or cancel etc. Now for some reason I cannot locate the printer queue in the utiliities, there are some files in there I'd like to cancel. Would apprecaite any Mac users out there with info on what sould be an easy fix?
godfrey
Open the Printer Setup Utility application and then double click on the printer who's queue you want to see. A window will open with the queue for that printer. Godfrey
beckyh
Were you able to find the queue? The utility you want is the printer setup utility (hard drive- >Applications->Utilities->Printer Setup Utility). You can drag it onto your dock so that it is easily accessible. dermot_conlan4
Well my Printer Utility is empty, as far as I remember it should say Epson 2200. i need to figure this out.
godfrey
If the Printer Setup Utility does not show any printers, then you have somehow lost the printer configuration queues. You should try configuring your printer and then see if there's some lost queue that appears with the things you want to delete on it. dermot_conlan4
With the Intel Macs you no longer can load the Printer Software, so I downloaded the inastall from the Epson site. Last night I did an uninstall and tried to download again but now I have nothing no Printer Utility. This is pretty strange my wife is an IT person and an hour of her help did not provide any answers.
