julie_young3 Posted March 26, 2007 Share Posted March 26, 2007 A while ago I read a sample of someone's contract on this website that stated the terms of how long the photographer kept a client's digital "negatives." It said something like he would do his best to keep them for x amount of time but that the client could not be guaranteed that the photographer would still have their negatives in the future. The wording was great, if anyone has anything similiar in their contracts I would love some help so that I can include something to this effect in my contract.
