fredlee70x7
I found E-TLL mode would give a one stop under-exposure compared to the simple A mode on my 5D. Any reason or is it this a fault?
mark u
What lighting conditions were you shooting under? By default E-TTL provides automatic fill flash reduction as ambient light levels increase - something that would not apply to using an autoflash mode. See p 155 of your manual, where the custom function that controls flash metering is discussed - you can switch off AFFR and meter much the same as with autoflash.
