anna_nielsen
Hi - i really like sloppy borders for presentation on web and ive looked at ex. parker pfisters - really nice but so is the price - so im wondering if it is possible to do it home made . My friend has a scanner(and i have a digital camera) but i really dont have any clue of how and wich material to make these borders of.With those prices on borders it sure seems like its difficult and time cosuming to make them. id like to try anyway. Any ideas. thanks anna
ronald_moravec1
Make the borders by tearing colored paper against a ruler. Draw on them with colored chalk, paint watercolor, charcoal or decorate as you see fit. copy with your digi cam or scan the result. Drop your pic inside the frame you made of drop the frame over your pic. You can also use one of many paint draw programs to make a border right on the computer. mercsadies
You can also make your own brushes to suit your liking. I like to use a Mask in PS so that I'm actually ruining the image (should I need to go back to it for something).
