Found Gear

I regretfully (I hate to, basically because it's not organized very well) went

to my storage unit looking for the DR eyes that I sold here recently. I didn't

find the eyes, but a few long forgotten pieces of gear. I found a 6X4.5 mask

specifically for the SWC finder that I'll be sending to a forum member that

bought one from me here (no longer allowed). A Rollei 35S I bought from Matt M.

(Toronto) that I'll be carring around with me. A Weston Master V that my uncle

gave me years ago (no, he's not dead, he went to the dark side: digital, ;*)).

I don't remember how to use it, if I ever did. I e-mailed Al K. Any electronic

manuals out there? I can't even see the little numbers w/o my reading glasses.

It still works. He also gave me a Leica IG (925XXX)that looks to be in exc.+

condition with only two bright marks on the front of the top plate. All the

speeds sound fine. Does anyone know about this camera? I see from eBay the

"value" ar $1000, though no takers, and around 6000 made.

Thanks to Tomas and Al K. for reminding me how to use the meter.

Tomas, is that photo of the cathedral doors in your first B+W folder in Salamanca? My GF is from La Alberca and went to univ. in Salamanca, but I (we) have seen so many cathedrals I can't tell, and she's not here.

Stephen, yes, your photo is of the Toledo cathedral.

I don't know at what photo you refer. One of the doors of the new cathedral of Salamanca is this

In my homepage all the photos was taken in Salamanca, the black and white ones are of the year 2006, mostly taken with Nikon gear, but same are taken with a little rangefinder, a Ricoh 500G.

La Alberca is a nice place to visit and photograph.

Regards, Tomas.
