Recommended SD cards for Leica M8

I'll even thank the guys who choose to respond with jokes/humor as many of them were actually very funny. Lifes too short not to laugh as much as possible.

Big thanks for Paul Strobe for the HUGE tip on the Lexar rebates. I picked up a 2 GB SD Professional 1.33 Lexar card for $99 at WWW.JR.COM with a $45 rebate. I had the same card in my hand and ready to buy at Best Buy the other night for $120 so I owe Paul a huge thanks.

 

The Lexar rebates end on January 6th so check them out if you are in need of any cards. They are as high as $110 rebate on a 4GB CF card and JR is selling those for $179 so you can end up paying $69 for it, fantastic deal.

 

There are rebates from $30 all the way to the $110 depending on the card you buy but it ends January 6th so act quick if you need one.

I use the Transcend 150x 4GB cards and have done for months with no problems at all. The

Leica list is not complete. These cards are 50 Euros on Amazon.
