marc_lieberman1
I will soon be getting a 4x5 Speed Graphic, my first LF camera. What are my options for getting sheet film developed in Los Angeles and what should it cost? (I plan to scan the negatives on an Epson flat bed scanner and print myself on an Epson 2200 with ImagePrint). Also, if I wanted to have a couple negatives printed by an experienced wet dark room printer on very nice paper, what are my option in Los Angeles? BrianS1664879711
If in SFV area, the Darkroom on Reseda Blvd is great for B&W and E-6 (no LF C-41, though). Google their web site ...
BrianS1664879711
Minh, do you use APS? Can you vouch for their quality and comment on turn-around times? A clerk at WalMart recommended them but I haven't used them yet. ...

minhnguyen9113
Yes Brian, they are faster and better price compared to the Darkroom. Some of my friends used both and tell me about that. Minh
BrianS1664879711
I'll have to give them a try. Perhaps if it doesn't rain too hard tommorrow I'll shoot some film. Thanks for the info! ...
jerry_kirkwood
Color or black and white? I develop my own black and white in an old print drum on a motorized base. 4 sheets of 4x5 at a time in about a coffe-cup of chemicals. Color I shoot on MF, so I can't help you with a lab there.
