Then the poll comes out that 55% of people believe there's life on Mars. WHO cares. It doesn't make any difference. It doesn't mean it's any more likely there IS life on Mars, does it? When you factor in the grandstanders, trolls, bashers, knuckleheads, miscreants---not to mention the people (like me) who waffled their answers--what kind of result do you end up with.
