Where can I get these great backdrops?

Hi all,

 

Where can I find great backdrops, like the ones shown in

the phototips (under the "videos" link in the main Photo.net web

page)? I'm talking about the "Taking Senior portraits with Tim Kelly".

Anyone knows an on-line store?

Aurabackdrops (e.g. a <a href="http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?

photo_id=3207312">dyed one</a>). I have also bought from B&H Photo a Photek blackest

black.

<p>Check the prices on their respective web sites before bidding! I have seen people bid

higher than the "regular" price... which is just silly.

Interestingly, when you contact some of these manufacturers directly, they refer you to B+H to buy their products. Studio Dynamics, for instance, will do that.</p>

Besides <a href="http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=NavBar&A=FetchChildren&Q=&ci=1175">B+H</a>, check out <a href="http://www.silverlakephoto.com/index1.htm">Silverlake Photo</a>, <a href="http://brodersonbackdrops.com">Broderson Backdrops</a>-very pricey, <a href="http://www.skaeser.com">Steve Kaeser</a> was already mentioned, and my personal favorite <a href="http://www.wonbackgrounds.com/">Won</a>.</p>

Whichever you choose, be aware that the colors in the catalog or on the web often don't match exactly to what you get.

I've bought from Silverlake Photo with good results. They also sell on Ebay under the user ID "Photo4u2". You can get the backgrounds cheaper that way, rather than buying direct from the store.
