Sanford
The one thing I find really irritating about my Contax G1 is that when a 35MM lens is mounted the camera top tilts backward when hung from a strap. This is because the strap lugs are too far foreward. Does the R2 do this when a light lens is attached?
Sanford
I know this sounds trivial but It's part of the thought process I go through when I try to justify a new camera.
alexander_grekhov
Yes it does. You need a realy heavy lens like 28/1.9, 50/1.5 or 90/3.5 to get the "right" balance.

wilhelmn
The Pentax ZX-5n has strap lugs located so that the top of the camera leans out slightly from one's body. No more clouded-over eyepiece even when sweating in the summer. Every camera manufacturer should learn from it!
rob - atlanta, ga usa
The Hexar RF tilts backward or up when a light weight lens is mounted. It is annoying. However, the camera has too many good qualities to let that one issue sway your purchase decision.
jay_.
The simple solution is to chug down a few extra beers so the curvature of your belly will counteract this tendency.
Sanford
Another solution is to just go ahead and buy a Leica and quit trying to find something almost as good. At least they seem to have the strap lugs in the right location.
