elaine marie
Thanks to all of you that gave me great ideas for birth pictures. Unfortunelty I didn't get to use them this time as she ended up having a C-section.
I did stick around and got some nursery room window pictures. It was a challenage as you are dodging the nurses and machines in the room. Here are my 2 favorites that I was able to capture...let me know what you think.Remember these are through the nursery window.
Elaine Marie

giggles
Elaine - The first image is absolutely spectacular! I love it and would have loved to have a shot like this with my husband and children. I think it is great in BW and it just draws me into looking at the father's face. I am sorry the delivery didn't work out for you but it looks like you captured some precious moments anyways.

elaine marie
I posted the rest in my portfolio under Amary. Please take a look. I tried to capture the important moments for the mom who was still in surgery at the time. I did them all black and white which I prefer as I figure the relatives with their point and shoots would have plenty of color photos for them. cálico
Ditto. Good show! You really caught that first one spot on! Anyone can "read" several expressions on the dad's face! I almost envy you but, instead, I'm going to have a cup of coffee in YOUR name and rejoice in your good fortune to have been there during the birth! Good luck and best wishes, ---Calico, The Nikonan!
