MF Processing and Scanning in Munich, Germany

Dear all,

 

I recently moved to Munich in Germany and am looking for a good

place to get medium format processed and scanned. Less worried about

the processing but would very much appreciate any pointers in terms

of good places to obtain high quality scans of 120 film.

ich habe die letzten Jahre in M�nchen gewohnt, hatte immer einen hervorragenden und superschnellen, aber recht teuren Service bei P7 (Prinzregentenstrasse/Ecke Neherstrasse, beim Prinzregentenstadion) und ansonsten qualitativ ordentliche, sehr preiswerte Erfahrung mit Foto Sauter am Sendlinger Tor: Die Entwicklung von 120er Diafilmen kostet EUR 1/Film. Scannen w�rden die ihn wohl auch, aber ich habe es immer selber gemacht.

I can recommend professional lab Mayer in the Gabelsberger Str. or Acrom in the Hirtenstr. It is all in downtown Munich and easily accessible. Service and price of both is on par.

Thanks for the help! It looks as if P7 has gone out of business (shame since quite near where I live) - at least their website refers you back to Acrom. Will give them a try.

Oops, P7 was always a very reliable and professional address (turn around times of 30 min even for E-6 development or custom prints) - plus they were 50m from my appartment. But Acrom seems to be a bit cheaper, although a bit further away.

Otherwise the Epson 4490 with ICE is a nice alternative to get more than acceptable scans of 120 film.

Foto-Zaki at Kurfuerstenstrasse 5 is also a well-established pro lab.
