I have never used leica cameras and was just curious as to what anyone thought about the digitals as compared to others in the industry. Thanks. paulmoore Posted March 22, 2006 Share Posted March 22, 2006 there is a ton of info now about this - do a search on this site.. also fredmiranda.com has hours of reading.. overall I am happy with mine - I assume you are talking about the dmr.. the dlux2 is also a nice camera, try to nail down some specific questions and folks here can and will reply. I was a little concerened about returning to manual focus (though I've had my R9 for a while I haven't used it as much as my Canon DSLR), but it's fine.
