Redstart like Chris said. Glad to hear it survived the window collision. It's an adult male, likely migrating south. You may have noticed they have a habit of fanning their tail feathers.

 

Window collisions can have a significant impact on bird migration. Most of the migration flight is at night. In Chicago they have a program to request the owner's/management of highrise buildings to turn off the lights at night during the migration period. Bird "monitors" scour the grounds around the buidlings in the mornings to count the dead and attempt to save any collision survivors.
