todd frederick Posted June 28, 2005 Share Posted June 28, 2005 I have two small weddings coming up for very close friends. I photographed weddings for both families in the past. I am not using extensive contracts for them (though even that can be risky). However, if you don't know the people, use a contract that both states what you will do for them and which offers protections for you. Do a search on this forum. There have been many threads regarding contracts. A company called NEBS offers standard wedding contracts (www.nebs.com) but most of us use contracts we have created ourselves.
