michael_borland
Is anyone using the E screen (the one with grid lines) in the D2X? I'm wondering if it still has all the AF sensor brackets (almost certainly does) and high-speed crop marks. The manual doesn't provide much information. Thanks--Michael
akira
Hi, Michael, I'm not using D2X but I have a Nikon accesory catalogue here. The E screen does have the sensor brackets but no crop marks. The crop marks are proprietary feature of V screen and the grid lines of E screen don't coincide with the cropped area. According to the illustrations of the screens on the catalogue, the focus area brackets on V screen is smaller (thus more precise?) than those on B and E screens. Hope this helps. cliff_lesergent
The E screen has crop marks to indicate the corners of the HSC area, and it does have the AF sensor brackets as well.
