gene m
Inspired by recent 21mm Zeiss photos posted here recently,I set out to use my old FTb and 20 mm FD today but found the film advance frozen. I paired the lens with an old AE-1. The lens is from around 1970 something.
Old glass

conrad_poulin
I like your eye for composition! Please tell us of the tiny arm on rt. 9. Is the arm photographed as you found it? Or did you leave your house with it, with the intent of including it in a photo? Either way it shows a great imagination. As for the barn shot, I like the way you frame the subject with the objects in the foreground and to my eye the exposure is real nice as you held some detail in the shadow area without blowing away the highlights. gene m
The tiny arm was left on the road by some tiny person. It was the result of a traffic accident no doubt.
conrad_poulin
To those little tiny people, crossing Route 9 must be a very dangerous task that takes the better part of a day unless they can hitch a ride on the back of a squirrel. And even that can be quite a risk. God bless em for their bravery.

grahams
Gene - Superb shots - superb piece of glass. I can see no distortion at all in the shot of the pub. I guess it's what one would expect from Canon.
tito sobrinho
Gene, these are awesome photos. The 20mm Canon doesn't show any distortion indeed!

benjamin_cochrane
Very cool photos Gene, the grape vine is excellent. The Canon FD's are my true first love, and the 20/2.8 is indeed a super lens. I really like the "forgotten" FL stuff too. Most can be had for reasonable prices.
