Dear Larry,

Thank you for contacting AgfaPhoto USA.

Indeed it is true, AgfaPhoto is in the process of phasing out all 120

and

220 format films worldwide.

I have been buying recently expired Agfachome RSX II 100 for $2.99 CAD at my local camera store - I think they have a couple of rolls left. That is too bad because their print and slide film is the cheapest around - and I am on a budget! I think it is called Optima?

I saw Adorama listed a fuji superia iso 100 in 120 format as their least expensive MF film, but they were backordered, and I can't get it locally. :(

What am I going to buy for cheap MF film? Help!

You can still get cheap 120 B&W film. Freestyle sells Arista

(fomapan) at great prices. JandC sells Efke 100 and Classic

Pan (house brand foma?) for very low prices. In Europe you can

order the same stuff at fotoimpex.de.

I'll miss agfapan too, but the Efke and FOMA films are excellent

replacements.
