eric friedemann Posted July 20, 2005 Share Posted July 20, 2005 I used to have a black cat, Hal(oween), and he was difficult to photograph. With only direct flash, I might as well have been photographing a one-demensional piece of black matte board. The best you can do is use multiple light sources- front, sides and back.
