Who's using the Cypress Album?

Ok- I'll admit it- I love albums and I am aquiring quite a

collection. I've started using the Cypress proof box and now I want

the Cypress album. So who has one? Are they nice, high quality? What

about the paper the photos are mounted on- how thick is it? Any

problems so far? Are you having the prints sprayed before you send

them? Are they selling? Is the large album too large (13x15)?

Anything I'm forgetting to ask?

Thanks!

Stacy, I was hoping to hear some thoughts too. The folios look BEAUTIFUL. Over at the other place... their has been some talk about them. Mostly that the Cypress Album is more expensive and while folks like the look of them, they don't sell many. The "C" album, on the other hand, is the one I've been contemplating, I've heard they are very nice and are a more reasonable price for both bride and photographer.

Thanks Melissa! They are expensive- but they do come with the box that matches so I think we could sell them- especially since you can choose from a lot of custom fabrics. I think I'm going to order the Medium size though- 10 1/2 by 13 seems very useable. I'll let you know how it turns out...now to find the perfect photos for it and choose the colors...

I have their Presentation Box. It's beautiful. I have not sold any but it is a nice

alternative for viewing my samples. I just received their folio and the C by

Cypress book. I love the folio but I am not sure how to adhere the photos in

the C book. I just cannot see using photo corners. I guess I will seach for a

quality adhesive. The album is next on my list. I just love the torn pages and

their fabrics are exquisite. Yes they are pricey but they really compliment my

photos and I am so tired of typical albums. I like to offer something a little

different.
