agf
Is there any way (adapter?) to mount a 28mm m-rokkor on my M6 and bring up the 28mm frame? Thanks.
al_kaplan1
Unfortunately it requires adding metal to the bayonet lug, unlike the 40 where a few strokes with a file will get it to actuate the 35mm frame. It is possible to drill a little itty-bitty hole in the end of the lug and epoxy a pin in place to push against the frame selecter. I've seen that done. liam_maloney
I used one of these for several years. You have a few options; push in the frameline selector with your thumb while shooting (quite simple, really), modify the lens or buy an accessory 28mm finder. A little gaffer tape would probably lock down the frameline selector as well. It's a great lens, very compact and as good as the old elmarits. Enjoy! alan c.
